* Always make sure your communicator is open.
* Go through your emails at the beginning of the day to get them out of the way.
* Set your goal to make a minimum of 100 calls per day.
Setting up a customers account that has already registered online:
Follow proceedures set in the "Calling Registered Customers" script.
Go over the account with the customer. (Their account details, goals using our service, targeting criteria, etc.)
Make sure you get the password to the account. Accounts without password will be cancelled!
After Call Has Ended:
Send the customer your greeting/contact info email.
Brainstorm and research hashtags and keywords and similar accounts to target based on the customers criteria and the conversation. Be creative, try not to use keywords or hashtags that are too broad, for example "hair" "nails" "car" "model". Instead use those to web out, and think of more specific hashtags that will focus on the clients individual need, for example "newhaircolor" "lovemynewnails" "cadillacescalade" "miamimodel".
IMPORTANT: TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THE ACCOUNT BEFORE WE START WORKING ON IT FROM A MOBILE DEVICE.
Send all the customers information, username, password, hashtags, targeting strategy, etc. along with the screenshot of the account to:
Subject: ACCOUNT CREATED- USERNAME
The more details about the customer, their account, their goals, etc. the better their experience with our service will be!
